    This is the Nevada State prescribed 90 Hour Pre-Licensing course that prepares prospective Real Estate salespersons and brokers for the two-part PSI exam.

    The Cost of this Course is $399.00 payable in advance and Registration is Mandatory.

    Enrolling in Session #1 will enroll you in all of the required sessions.

    Attendance is mandatory for all 14 sessions.  There are 2 Modules per day all modules run from 9am-12pm and then 1pm-4pm daily for 7 total days.

    Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS is proud to offer a 42 hour Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees.  The course consists of 14 three-hour modules scheduled over a 2 week period and includes a review and comprehensive final examination.

    GOAL: The goal of this section is to help participants to learn how agency relationships are created and disclosed in Nevada
    OBJECTIVES: Participants will be able to:
    • Recognize and explain the Nevada law related to creating and disclosing agency relationships
    • Evaluate who a licensee represents and what the licensee’s duties are in an agency relationship
    • Complete a brokerage agreement
    • Complete Duties Owed and Consent to Act forms and demonstrate how to confirm an agency relationship
